

SPACE events offer a structured, inclusive space for employees to slow down, reconnect and regulate, while learning practices that support wellbeing. Through guided mindfulness, nervous system regulation and breathing techniques, sound-based relaxation, and intentional integration, SPACE creates an environment to help individuals feel grounded, focused, and supported—without pressure, performance, or expectation.
The program supports emotional resilience, self-awareness, and connection, while equipping participants with tools to stay calm, focused, and regulated in professional and personal environments. These skills help foster clarity, authenticity, and open, respectful communication. The intention is to create an environment where people feel seen, heard, and valued—simply by showing up.
PART 1: MEDITATE & REGULATE
- Guided mindfulness, and nervous system regulation practice to help participants settle into the present moment and increase focus, calm, and self-awareness.
- Participants are invited to listen and be present without pressure, performance, or expectation.
- Offer an optional opportunity to reflect on current state of mind and set personal intentions for the session. Sharing is always optional, and individuals may engage at their own comfort level.
PART 2: RELEASE & RECEIVE
- Engage in a sound-based relaxation experience, played live instrumentally, to help soothe and nourish the mind and body.
- Encourage letting go of past or future concerns to support clarity and presence.
- Create space for insight, perspective, curiosity, and internal alignment.
PART 3: INTEGRATE & APPLY
- Reinforce how these practices can be applied in daily work and life situations.
- Emphasize responding with calm, clarity and intention rather than reacting under stress.
- Provide time for optional reflection and integration to support retention and practical takeaway.
